Misty L. O’Neal is a 2018 graduate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she graduated with a Certificate in Advocacy.
Misty’s practice includes a general law practice of Contracts and Sales Law, Property Law, Corporate Formation and Dissolution, Partnership Dissolution and Agency Law, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Wills, Forcible Entry and Detainer, Collections, Administrative Law, Labor and Employment, Civil Rights, Social Security, Race, Age and Gender Discrimination.
