Attorney O'Neal is currently General Counsel for the Memphis Shelby County Education Association, the City of Memphis Black Pioneer Firefighter, and Legal Counsel for Pre-paid/Legal Shield Members.

Misty L. O’Neal is a graduate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law with a certificate in Advocacy. 

Misty’s plans are to practice in Corporate Law, Regulations Law, Entertainment Law, Bankruptcy/Foreclosure  and Administrative Law; in which she wants to expand her father’s current law practice of such matters as Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Medical Malpractice, Worker’s Compensation, Administrative Law, Social Security, wills and contracts and Discrimination.
